The product itself is actually fine; however, the biggest problem is that they shipped us the wrong plug. Despite my double confirmation with the supplier before shipment that we needed the adapter for the UK, we received the product with a two-legged adapter, which is very inconvenient for any of our clients. So, I contacted the customer service representative, who is also the salesperson for my order, to let them know about the problem. All we need is the correct adapter so that we can continue selling this cleaning pod.
We are truly disappointed with the after-sales service. Firstly, the supplier required us to order more products before they would ship out the correct plugs. I am completely shocked because it is not our fault that the incorrect adapter was shipped. Furthermore, we cannot even sell the current stock because of this issue, so why do we need to order more? I have been contacting this supplier for about a week, and despite our refusal, she insists that we order more.
